What the app does

The RMIS Integration App is a mobile tool that helps users capture livestock identification and operational traceability events in the field, then synchronize that data with the Red Meat Industry Services (RMIS) traceability platform.

Typical data captured

Animal identifiers (e.g. EID, VID) and related traceability fields.
Animal attributes such as species (e.g. Sheep, Cattle, Goats).
Location identifiers such as Global Location Numbers (GLN) used to record registrations and movements.
Device measurements and events (e.g. weights, scan events, timestamps) where supported.

How it works (high level)

Connect a supported Datamars/Tru-Test device (where applicable).
Capture animal IDs and traceability events (works offline).
Synchronize when online to Datamars-approved systems (including RMIS).
